Citrix Receiver for Mac combines ease of deployment and use, and offers quick, secure access to hosted applications and desktops.

Citrix has no control over machine-translated content, which may contain errors, inaccuracies or unsuitable language.

No warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, is made as to the accuracy, reliability, suitability, or correctness of any translations made from the English original into any other language, or that your Citrix product or service conforms to any machine translated content, and any warranty provided under the applicable end user license agreement or terms of service, or any other agreement with Citrix, that the product or service conforms with any documentation shall not apply to the extent that such documentation has been machine translated.

Citrix will not be held responsible for any damage or issues that may arise from using machine-translated content.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) the software application may exhibit errors, design flaws or other problems, possibly resulting in loss of data or damage to property; (b) it may not be possible to make the software application fully functional; and (c) Citrix may, without notice or liability to you, cease to make available the current version andor any future versions of the software application.

In no event should the software application be used to support ultra-hazardous activities, including but not limited to life support or blasting activities.

You agree to indemnify and defend Citrix against any and all claims arising from your use, modification or distribution of the software application.
